Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Hold valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a school setting
- Solid understanding of IEP procedures and case management
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working independently and efficiently managing a part-time caseload
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Conduct assessments and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings as needed
- Develop appropriate treatment plans and monitor student progress
- Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure student growth
- Offer strategies and resources to general education staff to support inclusive practices
