School Speech Language Pathologist - Cibolo, Texas

We are seeking skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for full-time contract opportunities in a vibrant school setting near Cibolo, TX. These roles focus on both assessment and intervention to foster student success.
There are two exciting leave openings available:
- First assignment: 8/10/26 – 11/2/26 (13 weeks)
- Second assignment: 8/12/26 – 10/2/26 (8 weeks) Each role is full-time, offering 37.5 hours per week and the chance to collaborate with dedicated educators and families.
Desired Qualifications:
- Licensed/Certified as an SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA eligible to practice in a school setting
- Experience working within schools is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Collaborative spirit with a solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic environment
- Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and intervention to students on assigned caseload
- Conduct speech and language assessments, documenting progress and updating goals as needed
- Work alongside teachers, other therapists, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assist in RTI/MTSS processes and contribute to student support teams
- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school policies and regulatory requirements
- Support the school community by participating in staff meetings and professional development as requested
