Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Union, SC

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to student-centered care and confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students for speech, language, voice, and fluency issues
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students
- Track progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Support classroom teachers with strategies to improve student communication
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and communication with stakeholders
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as required
