Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible Wisconsin SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong support for Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Experience in a school setting, or strong interest in school-based work
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluate students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and deliver therapy plans tailored to each student’s IEP
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, sessions, and student outcomes
- Offer consultative support and recommendations to classroom teachers
- Participate actively in multi-disciplinary team and IEP meetings
