Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted
- Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver therapy tailored to student needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records; document therapy sessions and student progress in compliance with school policies
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and guidance for speech and language goals
- Engage in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in the field
