Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA CCC preferred, but strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience or clinical rotations in a school-based setting a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to supporting diverse learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students individually and in groups
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and interpret evaluation data
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with school policies
- Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Provide education and strategies to classroom staff and caregivers
