School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Twin Lake, Michigan

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license issued by the Michigan Bureau of Professional Licensing (LARA)
- CCC-SLP credential preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply – supervision can be provided
- Previous experience with school-based caseloads or pediatric populations is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and support students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for students across K-12 with a wide range of speech, language, communication, and swallowing challenges
- Develop customized treatment goals and collaborate with teachers and staff to support students’ educational success
- Maintain detailed and timely records in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Provide consultation and training for educators and caregivers as needed
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaborations
- Remain informed on best practices and evidence-based approaches in speech-language pathology
