School Speech Language Pathologist - Grand Haven, Michigan

Highly valued candidates will possess:
- A current and active Speech-Language Pathologist license issued by the Michigan Bureau of Professional Licensing (LARA)
- CCC-SLP credentials or eligibility (Recent graduates eligible for their Clinical Fellowship Year are encouraged; onsite supervision available)
- Experience or genuine interest in school-based services across the K-12 range
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse learning needs
- Commitment to a full on-site schedule (not a remote/virtual position)
Key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting speech and language assessments for students K-12
- Developing and implementing targeted treatment plans
- Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to support student IEPs
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and federal standards
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary teams
- Providing direct therapy and monitoring student progress closely
This contract offers a full-time weekly schedule of 37.5 hours, with assignments extending through June 2027. Both seasoned SLPs and those entering their Clinical Fellowship Year are welcome; comprehensive onsite mentorship is provided.
