Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license, with CCC preferred or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) also accepted
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based SLP services
- Familiarity with elementary caseloads, including Pre-K through 5th grade
- Proficiency in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for diverse communication needs
- Comfortable collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students across Pre-K to 5th grade
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and conduct ongoing progress monitoring
- Collaborate with the part-time SLPA to coordinate intervention and maximize student support
- Conduct evaluations, screenings, and re-evaluations as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and consult with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
