Exciting opportunities are available for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to provide dedicated support to students in a school-based setting near Oklahoma City. This contract role focuses on helping school-aged children enhance their communication skills for academic and social success.
As an integral part of the educational team, you’ll deliver specialized speech and language services and collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure students receive the attention they need. The contract begins August 11th, 2026, and continues through May 20th, 2027. Enjoy a steady, full-time schedule—working 35 hours each week, Monday through Friday.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid and current Oklahoma SLP License required
- Open to SLPs (CCC or CFY) and SLPAs with school-based experience
- Enthusiasm for supporting school-aged children
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments, therapy, and interventions to students on your caseload
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting
- Consult with educators and families to maximize student progress
- Participate in school meetings and engage with collaborative initiatives
