Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility)
  • CCC or CFY accepted
  • School-based SLP experience preferred, but open to new graduates
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to K–12 students
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with general and special education staff
  • Maintain progress documentation
  • Participate in student team meetings (within contracted hours)
  • Focus solely on student support—no additional district duties like bus or parent pick-up
