Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Tucson, AZ

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Demonstrated experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations
- Strong foundation in assessment, IEP development, and therapy for children with communication disorders
- Ability to provide supervision to an SLPA, including guidance and constructive feedback
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Positive, flexible approach to meeting the diverse needs of students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for pre-K–12th grade students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals in alignment with school standards
- Deliver targeted, evidence-based therapy onsite in a collaborative school environment
- Supervise and mentor the SLPA, ensuring effective service delivery and adhering to state regulations
- Communicate progress regularly with teachers, parents, and school staff
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of evaluations, sessions, and student progress
