- Prior experience in pediatric and school settings

- Ability to supervise or mentor an SLPA effectively

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments, diagnosis, and therapy for students as required by IEPs and school teams
- Guide and supervise the SLPA to ensure therapy sessions align with student goals and best practices
- Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to education planning
- Support students with a wide range of communication needs, from articulation to language processing
- Communicate regularly with educators, families, and school support staff
