School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Troy, New York

You’ll collaborate with caring professionals and make a meaningful impact through 40-42 sessions per week.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy sessions for preschool students according to IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document student progress
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ communication needs
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings as a vital member of the multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Valid NY state licensure or eligibility for SLP licensure
- Previous experience in school settings or early childhood preferred
- Ability to work student hours of 8:30 AM–2:00 PM on the traditional 10-month school calendar
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply—virtual supervision is available
- Please note: SLPAs are not supported for this assignment
