What You Bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in New York
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Experience working with preschool-age children preferred
  • CFYs are encouraged to apply—virtual supervision is available
  • Ability to manage a caseload of 40-42 sessions per week
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills

Your Focus:

  • Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy sessions during student hours from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM, supporting our youngest students across the first semester
  • Develop and implement effective, evidence-based therapies, tailoring interventions to each student’s needs
  • Create progress reports, participate in IEP meetings, and communicate regularly with educators and families
  • Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive space that encourages communication growth and self-confidence
  • Work closely with school teams, special educators, and support staff; SLPAs are not part of the service model
