Speech Language Pathologist in Troy, NY

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid NY State SLP license
- TSHH or TSSLD - DOE certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to a diverse K-12 student population
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, family members, and other professionals to optimize student support
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports according to school and state guidelines
- Participate in school meetings and multidisciplinary team conferences
- Deliver both individual and group speech-language sessions, adapting interventions as needed
