K-5 Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Trona, California

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state SLP license (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Pediatric experience across elementary, middle, and high school age groups
- Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills
- Collaborative approach to working with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students in grades K-12
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs and academic goals
- Provide direct and consultative services, both individual and group, as outlined in IEPs
- Maintain thorough records of caseload management, progress tracking, and required documentation
- Consult regularly with educators and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on educational initiatives
