What we’re looking for:
- Completion of a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in the state
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and those holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are welcome
- Previous school-based experience is valued, though motivated new graduates are also encouraged
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations and adapting therapy to individual needs
In this role, you'll:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to a caseload of 18 students across two school sites
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals and school policies
- Collaborate closely with special education teachers, administrators, and families
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings, sharing your insights and recommendations
- Serve as a resource to staff on strategies for supporting student communication in the classroom
- Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines
This contract runs from late September 2026 through the full academic year, with a commitment of 15-20 hours per week, allowing you to impact student success while maintaining excellent work-life balance.
