Ideal candidates hold either the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or are Clinical Fellows (CFY). SLPAs are not accepted for this role. Your background with school-based settings will provide foundational support to the success of diverse caseloads.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active or eligible state licensure for SLP practice
- CCC-SLP or CFY status required
- Experience working with K-5th grade students is strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services onsite as outlined in students’ IEPs
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Maintain clear, timely documentation of sessions and student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Develop and update IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
- Contribute to annual IEP meetings and case conferences
- Engage in professional development and stay current with best practices
Pay for this position starts at $40 per hour, with higher rates available based on experience.
