Speech Language Pathologist in Richlands, NC

Qualified candidates will hold an active SLP license and either the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or be in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Please note, SLPAs will not be considered for this role.
Desired Experience & Credentials:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current license to practice as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY
- Previous experience working with school-aged children (K-5) is advantageous
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform speech, language, and communication assessments for K-5 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Conduct direct therapy sessions and monitor student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and school policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the educational planning process
This role is onsite and offers an hourly rate starting at $40 per hour, with potential for higher compensation depending on your experience. You’ll benefit from working within a supportive community, making a direct impact in students’ lives throughout the academic year.
