School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Tracy, California
Make a meaningful impact supporting students across K-12 settings as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) on a full-time contract basis for the 2026-2027 academic year. This rewarding role is ideal for an experienced SLP who values collaboration, flexibility, and professional growth while serving multiple school sites.
This contract position runs from August 6, 2026, to May 28, 2027, with working hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You'll enjoy working with varied caseloads and the support of a dynamic, student-centric school environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP-CCC certification
- Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication and organization skills
- Ability to manage a caseload across up to 1-4 school sites
- Experience providing services to K-12 students with diverse needs
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct intervention and therapy to students in group and individual settings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff
- Maintain accurate student records and document progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to eligibility and placement decisions
