Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active California SLP license or eligibility to obtain
- CCC-SLP certification or CFY-SLP status

- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy services to students with mild to moderate communication disorders
- Communicate goals and progress with staff and families
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
