Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in San Bernardino, CA

Your experience and approach will include:
- Valid state Speech-Language Pathology license (CCC-SLP or CFY-SLP accepted)
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, but welcoming to strong clinical fellows
- Understanding of best practices for therapy within elementary settings
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff, students, and families
- Ability to support mild to moderate student needs with individualized and group interventions
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to elementary-age students
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor progress throughout the year
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create supportive learning environments
- Document services, maintain accurate records, and contribute to timely IEP meetings
- Provide guidance to staff and families regarding students’ communication strategies
