Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date
  • Recent experience providing SLP services in a school or pediatric setting preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy to middle school students with a variety of speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Conduct assessments, maintain thorough progress documentation, and participate in IEP meetings as required
  • Foster a compassionate, student-centered environment that promotes growth and self-confidence
