Qualifications and Experience:
- Active SLP licensure in Texas is required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcomed
- Strong foundation in pediatric speech-language therapy
- Prior experience delivering services in a school setting preferred
- Commitment to fostering student growth and collaborating across disciplines
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide screening, evaluation, and individual or group therapy for students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement IEP goals, monitor student progress, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support individualized student plans
- Offer consultation and training to staff on strategies and best practices for supporting communication development
- Serve students across kindergarten through high school (K-12)
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as district policies
