School Speech Language Pathologist - Toledo, Ohio

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Ohio SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with delivering services in a school setting
- Experience or genuine interest in working with children ages kindergarten through 5th grade
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Create and execute individualized treatment plans that address both educational and therapeutic goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success
- Document progress and maintain accurate records according to school and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver both direct and consultative services to support varying student needs
