Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license or certification (CCC or eligible CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in working within school settings
- Ability to provide engaging, age-appropriate therapeutic interventions for K-5th grade students
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Initiative, adaptability, and reliability in a dynamic educational environment
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Offer consultation and support to teachers and parents regarding communication strategies in the classroom and at home
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports as required by the school system
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute positively to the school community
