Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Tinley Park, IL

Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license required
- Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) mandatory
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Flexibility to serve a variety of age groups, from early childhood to transition-aged students
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy and diagnostic services in-person to assigned caseload
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop effective communication strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams as needed
