Qualifications & Requirements:
- State-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC preferred)
- Experience in school settings, especially working with grades K-6
- Proven ability to foster meaningful progress in students’ speech and language
- Strong commitment to in-person, on-campus therapy—as the current virtual solution has been unsatisfactory
- Adaptability to the unique challenges of housing and commuting in a rural, picturesque setting
- Available to work two days per week (14 hours) through the entire school year (September–June)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech therapy services to K-6 students on a regular schedule
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication challenges
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
