Pediatric School-Based SLP | Little Falls, New York

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working in school or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and families
- Consult with staff and parents to support academic and social success
- Maintain thorough records of assessments, progress, and interventions
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate services
- Stay current on best practices and developments in school-based SLP services
