Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible CCC-SLP certification (Clinical Certificate of Competence)
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates seeking supervision
- North Carolina SLP licensure or eligibility required
- Background in pediatric speech-language assessment and treatment; school-based experience preferred
- Comfortable delivering services via teletherapy as needed
- Effective communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students K-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Provide direct therapy services, both in person and through virtual platforms
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating on educational plans and progress updates
- Monitor student achievement and document progress toward goals
- Educate and consult with teachers, parents, and caregivers on speech-language strategies
