Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Salisbury, NC

Seeking a dedicated and resourceful Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver impactful services to K-12 students in a supportive school environment. Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Previous experience in a pediatric, school, or healthcare setting highly valued
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Experience developing and implementing IEPs
- Comfortable with both in-person and virtual service models
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Assess, diagnose, and provide intervention for a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Support students in both individual and group settings to maximize educational and social outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure cohesive care and communication
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data in compliance with school and state regulations
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
