Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible North Carolina SLP licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred, but strong CFY candidates are welcome
- Experience in school, pediatric, or healthcare SLP practice
- Proficiency in individual and group therapy, consultation, and assessments
- Comfortable utilizing teletherapy platforms for remote service delivery
- Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
- Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized therapy plans
- Deliver direct and indirect services, adapting interventions to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary support teams
- Monitor, document, and report progress in alignment with IEP requirements
