Desired Skills & Experience:
- Active North Carolina State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License required.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly recommended.
- Direct experience with elementary-aged students or individuals with complex, low-incidence needs is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated skill in evaluations, development of IEP goals, and delivering a wide array of therapy services.
- Strong documentation, collaboration, and communication abilities to partner effectively with educators and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to student needs.
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and objectives in compliance with school and state standards.
