Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience with school-based and/or pediatric caseloads
- Skill in teletherapy and in-person therapy delivery
- Strong collaboration skills working with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Solid understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and goal development
- Compassionate approach and commitment to student-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy to students with communication and language disorders
- Complete evaluations, reports, and maintain accurate documentation
- Develop Individualized Education Plans in partnership with staff and parents
- Attend IEP meetings and provide expert input
- Incorporate a variety of therapy delivery methods, including teletherapy where needed
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
