Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Hold (or eligible for) Indiana SLP licensure for school settings
- Experience in school environments and with K-12 populations is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
- Ability to adapt therapy strategies to individual student goals and IEPs
- Comfortable with technology and interest in participating in a hybrid work model as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication evaluations for K-12 students
- Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services in alignment with educational goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize student progress
- Document therapy sessions, maintain records, and communicate progress with stakeholders
- Offer resources and education to caregivers and staff as it relates to speech and language development
- May support students both onsite and virtually, depending on program offerings
