Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Demotte, IN

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
- Indiana state SLP licensure (or eligibility)
- Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Compassionate, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing school environments
Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals
- Provide direct therapy services based on IEPs, monitoring progress and adjusting interventions when necessary
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to promote an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere
- Maintain comprehensive records, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer support and resources to teachers and staff for classroom carryover of therapy strategies
