Elementary Remote School Speech Therapy - New York
A specialized role in speech-language pathology is available to support K-12 students through teletherapy services in an elementary school setting. This contract position requires delivering quality support to students using remote speech-language interventions, adhering to school protocols, and collaborating closely with educators and families to enhance student communication skills.
Location: Penn Yan, NY
Contract Duration: April 6, 2026 – June 26, 2026
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide teletherapy services focusing on speech and language development for K-12 students
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Utilize effective telepractice techniques to engage students remotely
- Collaborate with school personnel to integrate therapeutic goals in educational settings
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all licensing and school requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid New York State SLP Licensure
- TSSLD Certification required
- Experience with telepractice, including Telespeech and teletherapy
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
