Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license for Oregon (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcome
- Experience working in schools or pediatric settings preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide screening, evaluation, and direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and contribute professionally in multi-disciplinary team meetings
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Consult with teachers, families, and staff to implement interventions and support student success
- Participate in professional development and ongoing learning opportunities within the district
