Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP licensure (or eligibility) in Oregon
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or pursuit of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, but new graduates are encouraged
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to varied caseloads and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff
- Willingness to work on-site and engage with students, families, and teachers
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and staff
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide consultative support to educational teams
- Deliver both group and individual therapy sessions, tailoring interventions to student needs
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture focused on student development
