Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Washington State (Fully Remote)
Position: Full-Time

Pay: $55–$60 per hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual speech and language services to students in Washington State. This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity for an SLP who is passionate about helping students improve their communication skills and achieve their educational goals.
Requirements
Active Washington State SLP license
Active Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate
Experience providing school-based speech-language services preferred
Ability to work independently in a virtual school-based setting
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
Provide virtual speech and language therapy to students
Conduct assessments and support the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service logs
Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families
Monitor student progress and adjust therapy approaches as needed
Ensure compliance with state and school district requirements
