Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Maryland SLP license required
- Minimum of 2 years of current or recent SLP experience
- Previous virtual/teletherapy experience preferred, but not required
- Comfortable collaborating with on-site teams, including Special Education Teachers, SLPAs, therapists, and administrators

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual speech and language therapy services to students
- Conduct evaluations and support IEP development and implementation
- Collaborate with school-based teams and families remotely
- Track and document student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Maintain compliance with state, district, and teletherapy guidelines
