Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a fully virtual school-based position supporting students across Virginia. This role focuses on delivering high-quality teletherapy services to help students improve communication skills in an engaging online learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide virtual speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
- Conduct remote evaluations and contribute to eligibility determinations
- Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with school teams
- Maintain accurate digital documentation and progress reporting
- Collaborate virtually with teachers, parents, and school staff
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or eligible Virginia SLP license
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (CFs considered in some cases)
- 2 years of School-based experience required
- Strong technology skills and virtual communication abilities
