A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role is available at a school in Pittsfield, MA, serving a caseload at Crosby Elementary across Pre-K to 5th grades. The position is contract-based and welcomes licensed SLPs with Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC), as well as telepractice experience. Support from Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) is also considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to students ranging from Pre-K to 5th grade
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy services aligned with students’ educational needs
- Collaborate with educators and other school staff to support student progress and communication goals
- Document student performance and therapy outcomes in accordance with school policies
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license with CCC credential preferred
- Experience working in a school-based setting
- Telepractice and telespeech therapy capabilities are a plus
- Open to supervisory roles involving SLPAs
- Strong communication and organizational skills essential
