Pediatric Speech Teletherapy - AL
A remote opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in teletherapy services. Location: Remote (serving clients in Phenix City, AL and beyond)
Contract Type: Flexible full-time or part-time arrangements
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide teletherapy speech-language pathology services to children in school and healthcare settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students' communication needs.
- Utilize technology platforms effectively for therapy sessions, documentation, and progress reporting.
- Collaborate virtually with educators, families, and healthcare teams to support student progress.
- Maintain compliance with licensure, certification, and professional standards in telepractice delivery.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required.
- Active state licensure as an SLP and/or ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in school or pediatric speech therapy; teletherapy experience is preferred.
- Proficient with telecommunication tools and digital record-keeping systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
- Access to a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet environment conducive to virtual therapy.
