Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist – Minnesota Schools (Remote)
This role offers the opportunity to provide specialized speech-language pathology services to school-aged children in Minnesota through teletherapy. The position requires conducting thorough assessments, creating tailored therapy plans, and delivering engaging virtual sessions that support students’ communication development. Collaboration with educators and families is essential to ensure each student’s progress and success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessment outcomes
- Deliver therapy sessions via virtual platforms effectively and interactively
- Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation following school and licensing requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Minnesota state licensure; holding ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- If licensed outside Minnesota, must hold licensure in Minnesota and the other state(s)
- Experience providing speech therapy to school-aged children through teletherapy
- Professional Liability Insurance coverage
- Willingness to work as an independent contractor (1099 status)
