A virtual role is available for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide remote services to school-aged children across Minnesota. This position offers the opportunity to conduct assessments and deliver teletherapy directly to students, using engaging and personalized approaches to enhance their communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer comprehensive speech and language assessments to evaluate student needs.
- Develop tailored therapy plans targeting individual student goals.
- Deliver interactive virtual therapy sessions using telepractice platforms.
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress and integrate strategies.
- Maintain professional records in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Minnesota state licensure is required; if licensed out-of-state, licensure in both resident and Minnesota states is necessary.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with school-aged children in teletherapy settings.
- Current professional liability insurance.
- Willingness to work as an independent contractor (1099 status).
