Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology services using both onsite and teletherapy methods tailored to middle school students.
- Assess, diagnose, and implement individualized treatment plans addressing speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Ensure compliance with state licensing and educational guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathology license (required, no pending licenses accepted).
- Experience with telespeech and teletherapy in school settings preferred.
- Ability to manage caseload within 0.8 FTE workload (approximately 30 hours per week) without exceeding state mandated limits.
- Strong communication and organizational skills for working with middle school populations.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.
Location: Andover, Minnesota (onsite preferred; virtual options available)
Contract Term: Immediate start through June 8, 2026
