Qualifications:
- Valid South Carolina Speech Language Pathologist License and Educational Certification required
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (fluency required)
- Experience working in school-based settings
- Credentials as SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY accepted
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Passion for working with diverse student populations
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to determine speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education and therapy plans
- Deliver direct and consultative therapeutic services in bilingual settings
- Work closely with teachers, specialists, and families to optimize student progress
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
