Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
- Pennsylvania SLP licensure (or eligibility)
- Experience working in school-based settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Passion for supporting young learners’ academic and social-emotional success
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students grades K-4
- Consult with classroom teachers and families to ensure student progress and facilitate best outcomes
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Maintain detailed documentation of student goals, services, and progress
- Attend team meetings, professional development sessions, and participate in school-based initiatives
- Serve as a collaborative partner with staff and families to foster a positive and inclusive school culture
