Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome.
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to a diverse K-4 student caseload.
- Deliver both individual and group speech therapy sessions in accordance with IEPs.
- Develop treatment plans and adapt interventions to support student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings, document student progress, and maintain compliance with school and district policies.
- Consult with teachers, families, and other educational personnel to support communication development.
- Foster a positive, encouraging environment for students as they work toward their individual goals.
