Your background in school-based speech-language pathology, whether you’re an experienced CCC-SLP or completing your CFY, will allow you to develop and implement effective intervention plans, fostering both academic and personal growth for your caseload of students.
What we’re seeking:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility)
- ASHA CCCs preferred — Clinical Fellows are welcome!
- Relevant school-based experience or strong interest in pediatric populations
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct speech and language therapy to K-4 students
- Conducting assessments, documenting progress, and developing IEP goals tailored to individual needs
- Partnering with teachers, staff, and families to ensure cohesive support for student success
- Contributing to a positive, inclusive environment and sharing your expertise with colleagues
- Maintaining compliance with school and state guidelines while maximizing your students’ potential
