Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Active Washington State SLP license (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Enthusiastic, flexible, and collaborative approach to working with children and educational staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapeutic intervention for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Maintain detailed progress records for compliance and IEP documentation
- Consult and collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to educational planning
